For your and others safety the bike has a built-in speed limiter switch on the handlebars.

• Setting 1 up to 20mph and 750w
• Setting 2 up to 28mph and 750w
• Setting 3 full speed and power.

This electric bike is intended for off-road use. It is too powerful and too fast to be operated on any public road and any public setting.

*** There are States and counties that may allow you to operate this bike in Speed Setting 1 or Speed Setting 2 in the public.***  (But, we are still 100% selling this e bike as an off-road eBike)

Max speed of 50mph. May vary by 5mph higher or lower. Max speed depends on riders wight, outdoor temperature, high gust wind pushing you on your back faster (very windy day), high gust wind pushing you on your front slower (very windy day), traveling down hill, traveling uphill, battery charge level, pedaling assistance.
